If you are, then you are not alone, as this is a real concern for many brides. The time leading up to a wedding can be very stressful and this can affect your ability to cope as well as you would like to.
Hypnotherapy can help on many levels. The experience of hypnosis is very relaxing and our specially tailored therapy enables you to look forward to your wedding day with confidence and anticipation so that you can really enjoy your special day.
Often so much emphasis is placed on how things appear on the “outside” that not enough attention is paid to hoe you feel on the “inside”.
For most Clients therapy for wedding nerves will take place over three to four sessions, with approximately a week between each session.
