Bruxism (Teeth Clenching, Grinding)

Bruxism is the habit of grinding and/or clenching teeth together when not eating.  It often arises as a result of suppressed emotions or at times of stress.  This can happen during the day and/or at night when asleep.  The sufferer may not even be aware that they are doing this and may only find out after a visit to the dentist where damage to the teeth or jaw is observed. Alternatively someone close may point it out to them, particularly as nocturnal grinding is frequently audible.

Hypnotherapy deals directly with the unconscious part of your mind to change this automatic habit and treatment is usually undertaken during one 90 minute session at a cost of £90 or alternatively over two separate one hour sessions at a total cost of £120.

However, sometimes there are underlying issues, such as stress, anxiety or repressed emotions that require treating separately before the unwanted behaviour can be addressed.

Smoking

Many people want to give up smoking but find that their habit is so ingrained that it is really unpleasant and difficult when they try to stop. Because Hypnotherapy addresses the habit at it’s root in your subconscious mind, not only is it much more effective than other methods you may have previously tried it is also so much easier and pleasant for you. Your therapy session will be individually tailored to specifically address your own cravings and triggers, to enhance the effectiveness of Hypnotherapy for you.

Treatment for smoking is normally undertaken during one double (approximately 2 hours) session at a cost of £120. (More Information)
